Welcome to the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s internship site. MDA’s internship position, titled Regional Public Affairs Coordinator (RPAC), is geared toward students and recent graduates in the fields of public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or advertising.

This is a paid summer internship open to students currently enrolled in undergraduate and graduate studies or who have recently graduated the spring immediately prior to their appointment.

There are 25 positions available across the country, and qualified candidates will coordinate regional public relations efforts for special events, fundraisers, public service campaigns and the 2008 Jerry Lewis MDA Labor Day Telethon. Candidates can choose to work from one of MDA’s local offices listed in the "Locations" section of this site.
